Returns Policy
Products: Due to the duplicable/non-returnable nature of our products once they’re downloaded/viewed, NPCC does not offer refunds. In the event that your product is defective, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to replace. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Virtual Series/ Webinars: If you are unable to participate during your live session, you are still able to access the event through the replay link sent after the webinar. This will allow you to watch at your convenience for the period indicated on your advertisement for the specific event. As such, no refunds are offered for event registrations.

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. When you place an order, we can estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
